Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced 1st Class Boiler Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and auxiliary equipment in a power plant. The role ensures efficient steam generation, compliance with statutory norms, and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and related auxiliaries. Monitor boiler parameters (pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption, etc.) during the shift. Ensure safe and efficient steam generation for continuous plant operation. Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and adjustments of boiler systems. Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify operational issues promptly. Maintain boiler log sheets, records of fuel/steam consumption, and operational data. Ensure compliance with boiler regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Support shutdown, startup, and emergency handling procedures. Coordinate with operations, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth functioning. Skills & Competencies: Thorough knowledge of boiler operation, safety valves, and fuel systems. Familiar with high-pressure boilers and power plant operations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance. Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
