We also possess a sturdy manufacturing facility installed with advanced machinery and cutting edge technology. With a total installed capacity of 120 tonnes a day, and a three stage refining furnace we are dedicated to manufacture high quality glass containers, tableware and kitchenware items to meet the stringent and demanding quality standards of food, Pharmaceuticals, beverages, soft drinks, liquors, cosmetics and other industries. The manufacturing facilities are among the most modern available to meet the increasing demands of our customers in minimum lead time. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations in our manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing strategic insights to drive financial efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting to support operational needs. Coordinate audits with external auditors and implement necessary improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Desired Candidate Profile : Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/ICWA preferred. Experience: 0-1 year of experience Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
