Role Overview: As a Principal Test Expert at our company, you will be responsible for leading the embedded systems testing efforts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our cutting-edge products. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, overseeing test execution, and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze project requirements, system specifications, and product specifications to develop comprehensive verification strategies and plans. - Define and implement a robust test automation strategy. - Develop comprehensive test cases covering various testing methodologies. - Lead and oversee the execution of verification tests, analyze test results, and generate comprehensive verification reports. - Collaborate effectively with development teams and other stakeholders to address testing challenges. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies. - Stay up-to-date on the latest testing tools and technologies. Qualifications Required: - 7-9 years of experience in embedded systems testing. - Sound knowledge of embedded systems concepts, including micro-controllers and peripherals. - Experience in developing test plans, test strategies, and comprehensive test cases. - Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies. - Proficiency in communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, Modbus Serial, Zigbee, Bluetooth. - Experience in test automation and proficiency in using automation frameworks and tools. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
