As an experienced professional in the field, your responsibilities will include: - Expertise in Python-based automation scripting - Automating DVT testing of Single-phase DC/AC power converter systems and DC/DC power converter systems - Automating DVT testing of Lithium-ion based Battery management systems - Understanding of PV inverters and arrays and Automating DVT testing storage systems that use PV input - Automating DVT testing of communication technologies such as UART, I2C, SPI, Power line, RF (WiFi, BLE, and Cellular) in an energy storage system - Proficiency in automating embedded system tests using instruments like oscilloscope, power meters, programmable AC/DC sources, etc., with Python-based test frameworks - Integration experience of hardware and firmware - Ability to work with and deliver medium-large projects - Troubleshooting system failures encountered during automated DVT and analyzing root causes for the failures - Collaborating with the development team to aid in fixing failures encountered during system DVT - Responsibility for documentation of the test plan and test reports of the complete system in JAMA and Arena - Database management for test results, test data analysis either manually or using Python-based data analysis script in JAMA, JIRA, and Arena Qualifications and skills required: - BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 7+ years of experience or ME/MTech with 7+ years of experience in Python based test automation of SIL and/or HIL test systems - Proficiency in Python programming and the ecosystem of libraries available for Python programming - Proficient in embedded C is an added advantage - Proficient in using Python test frameworks like Robot framework or similar - Experience in Test Driver and test case development to interface instruments with test frameworks - Experience with developing test cases to connect with Internet, cloud, and mobile Apps over WiFi and BLE - Ability to understand basic electronic circuits, probe voltage, current, and other signals - Good understanding of basic electrical engineering concepts and circuit theory - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team - Understanding of energy storage, microgrid, and renewable energy systems - Hands-on experience in handling lab electronic equipment - Knowledge in Lithium Ion based Energy storage systems and Battery management system is an added advantage - Experience in grid-tied inverter validation and advanced grid profile functions is an added advantage - Experience with using JAMA, JIRA, and Arena project management tools,

As the Head of Product Development at Solinas Integrity, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our robotic product lines. Your role will involve owning the journey from R&D, prototyping to testing, validation, and final product release. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong mechanical or industrial design background and proven experience in managing cross-functional product development involving electronics, firmware, and mechanical systems. In this leadership role, you will be deeply involved in technical aspects while also requiring strategic thinking. Collaboration with design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams will be essential to turn ideas into reality and bring innovative products to the market. Key Responsibilities: - Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of hardware product development, including ideation, R&D, prototyping, field testing, iteration, and commercial release. Define and drive the product development roadmap for inspection and cleaning robots. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between mechanical design, electronics, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of subsystems. Collaborate with field deployment, sales, and service teams for continuous product improvement. - Design & Engineering Leadership: Oversee mechanical and industrial design focusing on reliability, manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and user-centric development. Guide and mentor the engineering team in design practices, CAD modeling, prototyping, and validation. - Testing & Reliability: Define testing protocols and validation criteria for prototypes and final products to meet performance, durability, and safety standards. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Requirements: - Experience: 10-12 years in hardware product development, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial systems. At least 4 years in a leadership or team management role within product development or R&D. - Technical Skills: Strong foundation in mechanical or industrial design, exposure to firmware/electronics integration, proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.). - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
