About the Role: We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Innovation Support Intern to assist our Electronics R&D team in capturing, organizing, and documenting the technical aspects of our product development process. This role bridges the gap between engineering and communication, helping translate complex concepts into clear, structured documents that support internal development, product strategy, and intellectual property (IP) filings. You will work closely with hardware and firmware engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world R&D workflows, invention disclosures, and system-level thinking. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare well-structured technical documents including: - System architecture overviews - Hardware and firmware interaction documentation - Functional specifications and workflow diagrams - Drafts of invention disclosures and patent support materials - Translate engineering inputs (e.g., block diagrams, sketches, design notes, and recorded discussions) into clear and professional documents. - Collaborate with engineers to extract key design insights and workflows. - Work with patent consultants to tailor drafts for IP documentation and filing. - Maintain version control and document consistency across internal and external teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Background in electronics, embedded systems, or IoT (e.g., B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech). - Proven ability to write clearly and structure technical information. - Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, MS Word, etc. - Comfortable reading and interpreting hardware block diagrams, firmware flow, and system-level design concepts. - Strong command of English with attention to clarity, grammar, and formatting.
