As a Windows Server Engineer L2, you will utilize your hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, server hardware, and networking basics to assess server performance and availability, as well as provide user support. Leveraging your expertise in Windows operating system and server administration, you will be responsible for deploying servers, maintaining day-to-day system performance, troubleshooting system-specific issues, and ensuring server health through proactive analysis. Your duties and responsibilities will include demonstrating excellent technical skills in Active Directory and O365 Administration, knowledge in SCCM Administration, providing advanced support to NOC/SOC/GSD/RDMS, assisting Level 3 engineers, acknowledging tickets in your queue, performing RCA for server management, escalating unresolved issues, updating case notes, and adhering to all terms of the Letter of Undertaking. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, administration of Windows OS components, O365 administration, SCCM administration, VMware administration, WSUS administration, and hardware/firmware exposure. Analytical skills, effective communication, team player capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously are essential. Desired qualifications include MCSA certification, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, good communication skills, knowledge of server monitoring and management, understanding of ticketing systems, and a willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Ideally, you should have over 5 years of experience providing Level Support to all departments, scheduling time estimates for projects/task deliverables, and adhering to SLAs. The job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance and life insurance. The work location is in Kolkata, West Bengal, and proficiency in English is preferred. A Windows Server certification is required, and day shift availability is preferred.,
