As a member of the NAND & Drive Qualification team at Pure Storage, you will play a vital role in demonstrating the capabilities of Pure's Direct Flash Module (DFM) in Flasharray and Flashblade Enterprise storage solutions. Your responsibilities will include actively engaging in all phases of product development, focusing on SSD/NVMe/ OCP spec tests, troubleshooting, and analyzing results to drive progress with qualification efforts. Your tasks will involve developing automation support for new tests, incorporating tests into a common framework, developing centralized hosting of test output, visualization support for tests, supporting the development of metrics, and maintaining the architecture and code for these activities. You will also be responsible for developing Automation Frameworks for SSD Qualification Test suites, architecting and developing unified test frameworks, and driving automation of data analysis and visualization of qualification test results. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience developing software to validate hardware components/systems, strong knowledge of NAND Flash, Firmware Architecture/Design, and SW Development skills in Python. Experience with PCIe/NVme, C++, and hardware testing/software testing validation lab for SSDs or Embedded industry segments is desirable. A B.E. or M.E in relevant engineering fields and experience with CI/CD pipelines for test automation are also preferred qualifications.
