As a Network Compliance and Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our network infrastructure meets internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include policy enforcement, configuration audits, regulatory and standards alignment, risk identification and mitigation, and access control validation. You will be responsible for enforcing network configurations and changes to align with corporate security and operational policies. Additionally, you will maintain baseline standards for various network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Regular audits of network device configurations will be conducted by you to detect any deviations. Compliance tools or scripts will be utilized to identify non-compliant settings and generate audit reports. You will map network operations to relevant regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and SOX. Participation in internal and external audits by preparing evidence and remediation plans will also be part of your role. Identifying and mitigating risks, as well as validating access controls, will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Key performance indicators that you will be measured on include configuration compliance rate, policy violation closure rate, audit finding closure time, access control review frequency, unauthorized configuration change incidents, and compliance audit pass rate. Your functional skills and competencies should include hands-on experience with CISCO (Routing, switching) and Firewall Technology, CCNP certification, and basic knowledge of Switching and Firewalls. You will also be responsible for maintaining controls of firewalls, switches, routers, and access points to ensure network compliance and security.,

As a Network Delivery Project Manager at Standard Chartered, your role will involve working on the ongoing migration of Network projects and supporting Business projects. It is crucial for you to ensure that all work is completed on time and solutions are delivered within the stipulated SLA for all Business-critical requests. With a minimum of 12 years of practical experience in end-to-end management and execution of network project infrastructure deployment involving application migration, you will play a key role in the success of the projects. Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing assigned Network Delivery projects, liaising with internal/external vendors, internal bank personnel, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with bank standards, processes, and controls, as well as documenting and transferring knowledge to the operations team. Your excellent communication and coordination skills will be essential in this role, along with any specialized certificates you may hold such as CCIE, CCNP, or Firewall Specialist. You will be expected to display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Taking personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, will be a core part of your role. Additionally, you will need to identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively. In terms of skills and experience, you should have expertise in Firewall technology such as Juniper Net screen, SRX, ASA, Fortigate, hands-on experience in configuring network devices like Switches, Routers, and Firewalls, and familiarity with Firewall application migration methodology and execution. Project experience in migrating Network infrastructure and application flow through firewalls will be advantageous. Qualifications required for this role include certifications in Network Security Product and proficiency in English.
