Configure, troubleshoot, and manage a variety of network security devices, including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and FortiGate firewalls. Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions, specifically CloudGenix or Prisma SD-WAN. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers and switches, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability. Implement and manage routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF. Design, deploy, and manage Cisco wireless networks. Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure network stability and availability. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills and Qualifications: CCNP Certification (Cisco Certified Network Professional) is mandatory. Expertise in Firewall Technologies: Must have hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and FortiGate firewalls. SD-WAN Experience: Proven experience with SD-WAN solutions, specifically CloudGenix or Prisma SD-WAN. Cisco Routing & Switching: Extensive experience with Cisco routers and switches is essential. Routing Protocols: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) and OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) are mandatory. Cisco Wireless: Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing Cisco wireless networks. Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with Web Filtering solutions. Experience with F5 Load Balancing.
