The role of Assistant Manager/Manager IT Infrastructure & Network Operations based in Noida Sector 63 requires an experienced IT and Networking professional to oversee, maintain, and enhance the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in network configuration, security, troubleshooting, and system administration to ensure high availability and secure operations. As the Assistant Manager/Manager IT Infrastructure & Network Operations, your key responsibilities will include maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, providing L3-level network and service assurance support for enterprise networks, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and network domains, managing systems security, configuring and managing networking devices, and collaborating with IT, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure with business requirements. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, experience with Cisco, Meraki, Check Point, and firewall protocols, hands-on experience in cloud networking and virtualization platforms, proficiency with Linux and Windows OS/server environments, knowledge of infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies, and experience with email systems are required.
