Our lighting solutions cater to the luxury market and are used in Hospitality, Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects. _______ Salary Offered: Upto 30,000 INR per month Must-Have Qualifications: Fluency in English is a must Basic knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint & Excel is a must Basic mathematics for price calculations Minimum 1 year back office/administrative experience _______ Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Staff Back Office Staff will be responsible for the following: Create presentations for client pitches and share them with clients on a daily basis Create Quotations and invoices for client projects and share them with clients on a daily basis Collate information and pricing on brands Coordinate with other departments as and when required Follow up internally and externally for payments and maintain internal reports for the same Basic follow ups with clients when necessary Project management and support to the Operations team and Sales staff post securing payment for orders Site visits and meetings along with the Sales team as and when required Coordination with site managers and engineers for smooth delivery and installation on site Largely, daily coordination, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, and office administration tasks. They will support the overall specification process for ' Luxury Lighting products ' _______ Skills required Necessary proficiency in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in administrative assistance and office administration Customer service skills Basic accounting knowledge Proficiency in MS Office Suite Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work well in a team Knowledge of lighting fixtures and solutions is a plus Experience in the architecture or interior design industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Show more Show less
