Administrative and operational handling of these, including budget preparation/monitoring as well as man management of over 550 personnel is a challenge in itself, entailing a high degree of skill, decisiveness and cross functional ability. The major challenges are spread over the following areas Security To provide a secure working and living environment to all and ensure minimization of losses by ensuring protection of companys property and personnel against theft, pilferage, sabotage and subversion.
