Job Title: Business Development Manager- Sales Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager -Sales to drive the sales of smoke management equipment to MNCs, large corporates, private businesses, consultants, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fire safety equipment industry and experience dealing with decision-makers in the private sector, especially in commercial and industrial segments. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and develop new business opportunities with MNCs, corporate offices, commercial developers, industrial clients, consultants, and contractors. -Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, consultants, and influencers within private organizations. -Manage the complete sales cycle- from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing. -Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. -Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on high-value corporate clients and enterprise accounts. -Prepare tailored proposals and conduct presentations for private sector clients and consultants. -Engage in pricing and contract negotiations with MNC procurement teams and project stakeholders. -Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors and channel partners in your region. -Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, ensuring alignment on business objectives. -Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in fire and smoke safety. -Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. -Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records in CRM. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline. -Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire safety equipment, HVAC, or industrial safety systems. -Strong network and experience working with MNCs, large corporates, commercial, and industrial clients. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -In-depth understanding of corporate procurement cycles and compliance requirements. -Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in private sector environments. -Willingness to travel extensively across India to engage with clients and partners.
