You are a seasoned Web Designer with strong frontend capabilities and sufficient backend experience, responsible for leading the end-to-end development of the corporate website for PE Front Office. Your role involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to transform designs and content into high-performing, scalable, and conversion-optimized web experiences. Your primary focus will be on frontend development, where you will translate Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web pages. You will build reusable components and maintain a scalable architecture using modern web technologies like React, Vue, or Vanilla JS with Webpack/Vite. Additionally, you will optimize performance, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, TBT), loading speeds, and implement web animations, transitions, and interactivity with clean JavaScript. In terms of website maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining the CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS), handling caching, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, and schema markup, ensuring site security, error handling, and uptime monitoring. Experience with configuring and managing Cloudflare CDN or similar services will be beneficial. Your secondary scope involves backend and integration tasks such as API-based integrations, connecting the website to CRM and marketing automation tools, implementing analytics tools, and setting up email notifications and dynamic content fetching. You will also collaborate with marketing to implement conversion-focused landing pages, work with the SEO team to ensure technical compliance, and provide guidance on CMS structure for scalability. Creating and maintaining documentation for dev handoffs and internal teams will be part of your responsibilities. Your tool stack should include frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React/Vue/Alpine.js. Basic backend knowledge in PHP, MySQL, or Firebase Functions is required. You should be familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow, analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, and MS Clarity, and design-to-code software like Figma. Knowledge of SEO tools like Lighthouse and Screaming Frog is essential. To qualify for this role, you need at least 5 years of full-stack experience with a minimum of 3 years being frontend-heavy. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality B2B marketing websites, a strong grasp of performance optimization and accessibility standards, and experience in integrating lead-gen forms, analytics, and CRM workflows. Familiarity with marketing operations, technical SEO, and CRO is a plus.
