Job Description: The Fire and Life Safety Draftsman/Modeler is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed Fire and Life Safety drawings and plans in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities: Develop fire and life safety plans using Revit and AutoCAD, including fire zoning, travel distance to exits and occupant load calculations. Review architectural layouts and provide comments/markups to ensure compliance with applicable code requirements. Prepare fire and life safety submissions to Civil Defense and Authorities. Requirements and Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Drafting, or related technical field. Minimum of 2-5 years of drafting experience, preferably in fire and life safety or architectural disciplines. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in preparing drawings. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
