Enforce Change Management and Request for Information (RFI) management process 9. During absence of the Construction Manager, act as administrative spokesperson. 10. To provide inputs for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, track contractor’s asking rates for major construction activities, to workout catch up plans suit to site conditions 13.
