Fire Safety

As a Fire Safety Officer at our company, you will be responsible for conducting fire safety audits of all buildings and installations within Ahmedabad, sharing findings with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. You will also train supervisors and operators, conduct specialized drills, and design fire alarm and protection layouts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Undertaking fire safety audits and sharing findings with stakeholders - Training supervisors and operators on departmental procedures and activities - Designing fire alarm layouts, preparing BoQs, and executing them on the ground - Maintaining and ensuring the operation of fixed and portable fire protection systems - Coordinating the issuance of AMC for fire detection systems, hydrant systems, and fire extinguishers - Updating and practicing SOPs for emergency situations - Providing fire training to employees and conducting evacuation drills - Investigating fire incidents and preparing reports - Liaising and coordinating with the Municipal Fire Department - Demonstrating knowledge of fire suppression techniques, equipment, and emergency medical services Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a corporate or building fire safety setup - Ability to train, organize, prioritize, and supervise - Proficiency in developing and implementing emergency procedures - Experience in conducting fire drills and mock drills for various emergency situations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Team player with a good understanding of fire safety codes and regulations If you are passionate about fire safety and have the required experience and skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.,
