Role & responsibilities Design and simulate Fired Heaters using FRNC-5PC. Prepare data sheets for heaters and auxiliary equipment. Perform calculations for tube thickness, duct, and stack sizing. Apply relevant industry codes (API, OISD, IBR). Support HAZOP/SIL studies and interpret licensor specs. Create P&IDs, narratives, and technical documents. Review GA drawings and coordinate with instrumentation. Evaluate vendor offers and handle post-award deliverables. Assist in commissioning and start-up activities. Ensure timely delivery of process documents with minimal supervision. Communicate with clients and cross-functional teams.
