Job Description - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential building construction projects from inception to completion. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Review and validate MEP design documents (drawings, BOQs, specifications) from consultants. - Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, sustainable, and aligned with project goals. - Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural consultants, and landscape teams for MEP integration. - Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality. - Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, contractors, and site staff. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety adherence Provide specialist support to design and build project teams related to the MEP services associated with specific projects. - Expert in preparing BOQ's, Quantification, Budget estimation, Tendering procedures & Financial Reporting. - Supervise system testing, commissioning, and inspections (MEP, HVAC, fire alarms, lift systems, STPs, WTPs, etc.). - Ensure documentation (as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties) is collected and verified. - Facilitate smooth handover of MEP systems to facilities management teams. - Ensure MEP designs and installations comply with local codes (e.g., NBC, ECBC, IS codes) and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC). - Implement internal quality audits for MEP works and ensure defect-free delivery. Skills - Knowledge on MIVAN + Working on High Rise projects Compulsory. - Must have excellent technical ability and a thorough understanding of electrical HT/LT distribution and control systems, together with HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, CCTV, PDS, Networking, DG's, UPS, Inverters, etc. - Subject expert in MEP services (Electrical, Air - Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection, Plumbing, CCTV etc.). - Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project etc. - Execution of MEP services (Electrical, Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection, Plumbing, CCTV etc.). - Candidate Must Have Experience in Electrical services along with good exposure of MEP Services.
