The Project Engineer for the Smart Solution Project will play a key role in managing the installation and commissioning of smart solutions for customers. Provide training to facility staff on proper use of firefighting equipment and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role as a Fire Fighting Engineer. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of fire fighting system, fire alarm system, sprinkler system & fire detection system. Proven track record of successful project execution with attention to detail.

Operate and maintain the building management system (BMS). Monitor and control building systems and equipment. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of BMS. Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal building performance. Maintain accurate records of BMS activities and performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BMS operations.
