As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and visionary Operations Manager to uphold our legacy while modernizing operations in line with our core values. Role Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee strategic, operational, and leadership functions across all restaurants in India. This role requires excellence in operations, team development, and financial managementwhile preserving the brand’s identity and playing a key role in expansion. The Operations Manager must modernize and enhance operations without changing the core character, atmosphere, or values that define the Fire and Ice brand. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Leadership Design and execute strategies to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction Standardize SOPs for FOH and BOH across all locations Lead operational audits and expansion feasibility assessments Modernize systems while preserving brand integrity Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience Supervise daily operations with strict hygiene and quality adherence Maintain authenticity of Italian dining experiences Manage service flow and ensure peak-hour readiness Promote a customer-first service culture Financial Management Oversee outlet and consolidated P&L statements Drive cost optimization across food, beverage, and manpower Plan budgets, revenue forecasts, and CapEx Present performance insights to the Managing Director Inventory & Quality Control Implement robust inventory systems to minimize wastage Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate best terms Conduct regular quality checks and enforce recipe adherence Team Leadership & HR Recruit and coach staff across FOH, BOH, and managerial levels Implement structured onboarding and appraisal systems Build a performance-driven, accountable workplace culture Vendor & Aggregator Management Manage vendor relations, supply chain logistics, and platforms like Swiggy/Zomato Ensure uninterrupted supply of quality raw materials Sales, Marketing & Community Engagement Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotions Drive traffic via events, catering, loyalty programs, and social engagement Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and food regulations Maintain updated licenses and manage inspection readiness Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree preferred Experience: 7–10 years in hospitality/F&B operations, ideally with Italian or fine-dining experience Proven track record in multi-unit operations and expansion Skills: Strong leadership and team-building ability Expertise in budgeting, P&L, and reporting Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, MS Office Excellent communication and decision-making English fluency (regional language a plus) What We Offer: Attractive compensation aligned with industry standards Performance-based bonuses and incentives Opportunities to lead strategic growth and expansion Inclusive and collaborative brand-led work culture Work Location: Kolkata (occasional travel for expansion and oversight) How to Apply: Apply via Naukri or email your resume to: solutionsbizbuddy@gmail.com
