Role & responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Act as the single point of contact for AMC and project clients. Track service delivery schedules, preventive maintenance visits, and SLAs. Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback with professionalism. Contract & Project Coordination Maintain and monitor AMC agreements, renewal cycles, and service scope. Support project handover, warranty management, and transition to AMC. Resource & Schedule Management Allocate manpower and tools based on urgency and site complexity Commercial & Documentation & Reporting Track invoicing, collections, and payment status with finance team. Maintain MIS for AMC and project accounts visits, renewals, escalations, tracker sheet. Prepare client reports, MOMs, and compliance documentation. Maintain service records, client feedback logs, and performance tracking reports Submit monthly MIS reports to management Internal Coordination Work with service delivery, procurement, and technical teams to ensure customer commitments are met. Support sales/account managers in upselling/cross-selling AMC extensions or new services. Prepare and submit AMC/Renewal offers, spares, and add-on job quotations Monitor and enforce quality standards across all service visits
