Role: Co-Founder – Chief Technology Officer (CTO) As a co-founder and CTO, you will lead the end-to-end technology build-out of a cutting-edge lending platform. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop scalable Loan Origination (LOS), Loan Management (LMS), and integrated lending systems. Lead backend and frontend development with a strong focus on performance, security, and regulatory compliance. Hire, mentor, and manage a team of junior developers. Collaborate closely with product and distribution teams to align technology with business goals.
