Landmark: Near Garware College Work Type: Full-time (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday) About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. The role involves explaining our Demat Account opening process and selling stock market strategies (Options Strategy – Alpha-X) to customers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain the benefits of opening a Demat account. Pitch company’s stock market strategies in a simple and convincing manner. Handle customer queries and follow up until conversion. Maintain call logs and daily reports. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Prior sales/telecalling experience preferred (Freshers welcome). Basic knowledge of stock market / finance is an advantage. Should be target-oriented and motivated. Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience). Attractive performance incentives (per Demat account & strategy sale).
