You are a skilled and proactive SAP S/4HANA Support Consultant with working knowledge of PP, FI, MM, and SD modules. Your role involves providing onsite support for our clients SAP S/4HANA landscape to ensure continuity of business operations. You will handle user queries, incident resolution, minor enhancements, and collaborate with module experts for issue resolution. Your responsibilities include providing functional support for the SAP S/4HANA PP module, basic support for MM, SD, and FI modules, incident & service request management, user training & stakeholder support, minor enhancements & testing, and system monitoring & housekeeping. You will also assist with data corrections, support period-end activities, and interact effectively with business users and IT teams. To excel in this role, you need 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP, preferably in S/4HANA environments. You should have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA PP functionalities, knowledge of integration touchpoints, and experience in incident management and user support. Additionally, familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Fiori interface, and the ability to work independently are essential. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with SAP certification in PP and/or S/4HANA. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or process industry environments is a plus, as well as exposure to QM or PM modules and proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Solution Manager. Soft skills such as a proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure are also necessary for success in this role.,
