The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to Onboarding—ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our company culture and goals. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for various departments Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines Schedule and facilitate interviews, feedback collection, and selection decisions Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining formalities Maintain and update candidate records Represent Finvis at job fairs and recruitment events Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal hiring policies Contribute to employer branding initiatives
