In this role, you will be supporting FinValue's growth and operational efficiency by focusing on three key areas: business development, project support, and knowledge management. Business Development & Strategy Identify and pursue new business opportunities by scouting and tracking tenders, EoIs, RFPs, and RFQs across various tendering platforms and donor websites. Conduct thorough analysis of potential opportunities and provide clear Go/No-Go recommendations for further analysis by BD Lead . Support the full proposal lifecycle, including drafting proposals, capability statements, and pitch decks. Proactively identify potential partners and consultants to support and grow our network and complement the project requirements. Maintain and update essential business development databases and repositories of proposals, templates, CVs, and project references. Perform detailed data analysis to inform the decision-making for business development 2. Project & Operational Support Provide comprehensive support for consulting projects , including desk and primary research, data analysis, and preparing presentations. Assist in project planning and implementation , ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams (finance, HR, and technical). Liaise with external consultants and organizations for both new and existing projects. 3. Research & Knowledge Management Contribute to the creation of high-quality knowledge products , such as reports, presentations, blogs, and policy briefs. Support the Knowledge Management team in developing compelling website content and publications. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred 2-4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or working with donor-funded projects Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Experience with donor and partner mapping , landscape assessments, and opportunity analysis will be preferred Familiarity with various research and business development tools is a plus This role is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
