Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 35 years of experience to join our remote development team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, experience working with version control systems like Git/GitHub, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Utilize GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaboration. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other agile processes. Document technical solutions and maintain project documentation. Required Skills: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django is a plus). Excellent written and spoken English. Solid understanding of software development best practices. Experience using Git and GitHub in a collaborative development environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have: Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience in financial or legal tech projects.
