We are seeking a seasoned Content Lead to define, own, and execute our content strategy. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of brand, product, and growth , with a mandate to craft a compelling content narrative across owned, earned, and paid channels . You will partner closely with product, sales, and digital teams to deliver high-impact content that educates, engages, and converts high-intent users in the finance and investing space . Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute a holistic content strategy across channels website, blogs, SEO, social media, email campaigns, client communication, and landing pages. Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework aligned with our fintech positioning and diverse customer segments. Drive editorial planning and manage a structured content calendar across long-form and short-form assets. Own performance metrics for content, including traffic growth, search rankings, engagement, and lead generation . Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, sales, growth, design) to deliver content that supports business goals. Manage and scale content production through external writers, agencies, and freelancers while maintaining quality and consistency. Establish thought leadership and industry authority through research-driven content, whitepapers, and executive communications. Required Qualifications & Experience: 8 - 12 years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or brand communications, preferably in fintech, banking, or investment management . Demonstrated experience owning content functions end-to-end from strategy to execution to analytics. Strong expertise in SEO, UX writing, and conversion copywriting . Proven ability to craft compelling, structured, and audience-driven content across multiple formats and platforms. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and brand alignment. Experience managing external partners and scaling content teams effectively.
