Educational Background: MBA from a reputed Tier 1/2 institute is preferable. Experience: Total 10+ years of exp, Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales within banks and financial institutions (domestic or international). Travel: Willingness to travel for sales pitches. Communication: Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills. Customer Service: Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment. Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Industry Expertise: Experience in the lending or financial services industry is preferred. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
