Customer Relationship Management: Managing and handling customer relationships. AMC Division: Handling work related to the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) division. Meeting customers' Accounts HOD and providing training. Meeting customers' Stores HOD and providing training. Meeting customers' Purchase HOD and providing training. Meeting customers' Sales HOD and providing training. Meeting customers' Production HOD and providing training. Providing technical support to customers through: Phone support. Internet-based support using Anydesk / TeamViewer. On-site visits when necessary.
