Finops Lead

As a FinOps Lead, you will play a crucial role in the operations management of the Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking the pipeline for revenue and ensuring accurate monitoring of key metrics - Understanding Statements of Work (SOW) and monitoring important indicators such as Net Adds - Ensuring alignment between Enterprise systems and account views on revenue, demands, net adds, leakages, and utilizations - Improving demand projection accuracy and driving recommended EBHC distribution/ Pyramid - Validating and aligning engagement type and billing type across systems - Analyzing account status, identifying gaps, and providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders Key Deliverables include but are not limited to: - Running Invoicing Operations seamlessly on a monthly basis - Ensuring Demand Accuracy - Maintaining billing projection Systems accuracy in accordance with SOW Billed Headcount, Investment SOW - Ensuring MIS Accuracy - Preparation of reports Key Skills required for this role: - Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role - PMO experience - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct Data Analysis to provide insights and reasons for trends and gaps - Knowledge of SOW types and parameters - Proficiency in Excel Immediate Joiners are preferred for this role.
