Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller Executive to join our insurance brokerage firm. The role involves calling leads provided by the company and converting them into sales of car insurance policies. This is a target-based role and requires working from the office. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to company-provided leads Explain car insurance plans clearly to customers Convert leads into confirmed insurance sales Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions Earn additional incentives for exceeding targets Candidate Profile: 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in insurance Good communication and persuasion skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Basic knowledge of car insurance products is a plus Comfortable working from the office
