We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage our accounting operations and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting in Tally, preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, GST Returns, ROC filings, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime . Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies. Prepare and file TDS returns and manage compliance of tax deducted at source. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return, etc.) . Assist in ROC filings, MCA compliance, and company secretarial matters . Ensure timely payments of statutory dues like PF, ESI, Professional Tax (if applicable). Support in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and audit requirements . Stay updated on taxation laws, GST updates, and compliance deadlines . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance (M.Com / CA Inter preferred). Proven experience as an Account Executive / Accountant with exposure to taxation and compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel. Good knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, and ROC compliance . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Knowledge of MCA portal, TRACES, GST portal, and Income Tax portal . Understanding of auditing standards and financial reporting . Good communication skills for dealing with clients, consultants, and authorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
