Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Lucknow Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in digital marketing Reporting To: Business Development Manager Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SEO, ad campaign management, creative design, and content optimization. You will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, enhancing brand awareness, and identifying new business opportunities through research and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement effective strategies. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines using target keywords. Monitor and improve search engine rankings and website traffic. Ad Campaign Management:Plan, create, and post ads across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc. Track ad performance and follow up on the quality and outcomes of leads. Optimize ad spend for better ROI and lead quality. Brand Awareness & Engagement:Drive awareness campaigns using organic and paid strategies. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Develop outreach plans for increasing visibility and community engagement. Bidding and Online Freelance Portals:Identify and bid on relevant jobs/projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals and deliverables. Follow up and convert bidding opportunities into business deals. Creative Design & Video Editing:Design engaging creatives for digital ads, social media, and promotional content. Edit videos for campaigns, testimonials, product explainers, etc. Collaborate with designers and video editors when needed to ensure quality output. Research & Business Development:Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities. Suggest and implement new tools, platforms, or strategies to enhance digital performance. Content Optimization:Work closely with internal teams to convert raw content into keyword-optimized, high-performing digital assets. Ensure all content aligns with SEO goals and campaign objectives. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and ad campaign management. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, and video editing software. Strong understanding of keyword research and content optimization. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics. Preferred Skills:Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
