Travel Sales Consultant - Scandinavia India 1 - 4 years INR 2.4 - 4.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are hiring a Sales Consultant with 1 to 4 years of experience in Nordic/Scandinavian travel . The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to handling itineraries or packages related to Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Iceland. You will be responsible for lead handling, client communication, conversion, and supporting our B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound travel leads and ensure timely responses Coordinate with the operations team for customized itineraries and quotations Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings Generate outbound leads through travel agents, corporates, and direct clients Provide destination-specific recommendations and guidance Maintain sales records, trackers, and CRM updates Develop and maintain strong client relationships Stay updated with Nordic suppliers, experiences, and seasonal trends Requirements: 1 to 4 years of experience in travel sales (Nordic/Scandinavia region experience preferred) Good knowledge of Finland and other Nordic destinations Strong communication and follow-up skills Tech-savvy – familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Goal-oriented and proactive in sales approach Team player with a passion for travel Benefits: Work with a fast-growing international travel brand Incentives based on performance Opportunity to specialize in high-demand Nordic destinations Professional, collaborative work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: travel sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
