Experience required- Minimum 5 years in the relevant field . Any Target given by the Company in a month is the responsibility of the SHs/RBPs. And in order to make it completed, Company suggests the SHs/RBPs to bifurcate the month target into weeks and to monitor the team on daily basis about their efforts and development in line of completion of the targets. Every Saturday there is going to be a review meeting about the state’s performance and it’s the duty of the SHs/RBPs to provide the complete details of the sales target achievement sheet to HO on Friday evening. (In order to achieve the targets, it’s necessary to review on Saturday with complete information of each DOs and DHs working.) SHs/RBPs will have to look after the daily visit schedule of the DOs and DHs in the morning on daily basis and to rectify them if they are moving in wrong direction. Please talk to DOs and DHs before they leave for the field. The same report of the visit has to be informed at the HO to Sales Head after 10 AM. Please inform the name of the absentees as well if any during the reporting to the HO or else if HO will find them absent then the DOs and DHs will lose the two-day attendance and SHs will loose the attendance of one day. Hence, proper reporting is very important. SHs/RBPs has to help the DHs if they fail to liaison with the Bank’s ZO/RO time to time. It would be better that if you visit personally to each ROs/ ZOs on every month atleast once. SHs/RBPs, should have to ensure that every guideline made in this sheet has to be adhered by the DOs and DHs. Take Strict actions must be taken against the employee who do not follow the instructions written in this document. SHs/RBPs must check carefully all the pics that will be sent by the DOs and DHs, in order to monitor them tightly. SHs/RBPs must send the performance evaluation sheets of their employees, Monthly sales Data sheet and attendance sheet of their employees till 1st of every next month. Non-furnishing of these sheets from the SHs/RBPs may result to the non-payment of their employees for the complete month and the HO is not going to be responsible for the delay. (As we have to review and make the payment till 5th of every month, we do not want to make delay in this regard from our side.)
