FinkUP is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Business Development professional who can drive growth by bringing in events, getting them listed on our platform, and promoting our full suite of event infrastructure services . This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Events & Partnerships, located in Jaipur. What you’ll do: Build strong partnerships with event organisers, venues, artists, and agencies. Onboard events to the FinkUP ticketing & discovery platform . Drive sales of our infra solutions – Ticketing, Cashless Payments, POS & Box Office, Guest Management, Expo Apps, Turnstiles, and more. Create long-term business relationships and new revenue opportunities. Who we’re looking for: Someone with prior experience in event tech, ticketing platforms, event agencies, or event infrastructure services . (others, please refrain!) A network-driven professional who thrives on partnerships and sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passion for the events and entertainment ecosystem. Qualifications Strong skills in market research and identifying business opportunities Experience in relationship management, building and maintaining partnerships Proficiency in event planning and management Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
