*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced *Site Engineer (Civil)* to supervise and manage *finishing*

works for our residential building project in *Muzaffarpur* . The candidate must have proven

experience in supervising labourers, ensuring quality finishing, preventing errors, and

delivering work within the given timeline.

*Key Responsibilities:*

 Supervise and monitor all finishing activities including *plastering, flooring, tiling,*

*painting, false ceiling, carpentry, plumbing and electrical works.*

 Guide and manage labour teams to ensure error-free execution of finishing works.

 Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

 Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure timely completion.

 *Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and report to the Project Manager.*

 Ensure that finishing works are completed within deadlines without compromising

quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

 B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

 2–4 years of proven site supervision experience in residential building finishing works.

 Strong knowledge of finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, painting, carpentry,

electrical, and plumbing fittings.

 Ability to manage labour teams effectively.

 Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,895.67 per month
