As an Interior Finishing & FF&E Manager for India Projects, your role involves supporting the delivery of luxury high-rise residential and mixed-use projects across India. You should have at least 4+ years of experience in interior finishing, FF&E management, or procurement for design/construction projects. Your expertise should be proven in high-end residential or hospitality interiors, with a strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture construction, lighting, and sanitary products. Understanding FF&E documentation, specification standards, and approval workflows is essential. Additionally, you should possess an excellent knowledge of Indian supplier markets including materials, logistics, pricing, and import dynamics. Confidence in using Excel and specification tracking tools is required, and experience with Revit/AutoCAD is a plus.
