We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell personal, business, or home loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a basic understanding of financial products and loan procedures. Key Responsibilities:Call potential customers to explain loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products Follow up with interested leads and assist them through the application process Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally Coordinate with loan officers and backend processing teams for application completion Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + Attractive incentives Performance-based bonuses
