Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, sorting, and packaging of hospitality linen and uniforms. Workforce Supervision: Supervise laundry staff across shifts, ensuring productivity, adherence to SOPs, and discipline. Manage attendance, task allocation, and performance metrics. Quality Control: Monitor output quality at every stage to ensure compliance with client standards, stain removal protocols, and hygiene benchmarks as per hospitality industry norms. Machine and Equipment Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing, cleaning, and calibration of washing, drying, and ironing equipment. Client Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate processing of client linen based on load sheets and delivery schedules. Handle urgent requests, missing items, and specific client instructions efficiently. Inventory & Resource Management: Maintain records of linen inflow/outflow, chemical usage, packaging material, and consumables to prevent stockouts or overuse. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily operational reports, downtime logs, linen damage reports, and shift handovers. Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety and hygiene protocols. Ensure all processes adhere to environmental and health regulations applicable to industrial laundries. Training & Development: Train new staff and refresh existing workforce on SOPs, machine handling, quality standards, and client-specific requirements. Role Overview The Administration Associate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
