We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth for our solar and industrial structure manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to expand our customer base in solar structures sector Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new clients, especially in the solar field and fabrication. • Manage B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotations, and product presentations. • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely and accurate order execution. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility. • Drive digital marketing efforts including LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and basic content marketing coordination. • Maintain strong after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in solar or industrial manufacturing. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
