Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished jewellery pieces in ERP/EMR/software systems. Record daily production outputs, job work entries, and consumption of materials. Maintain databases related to stock, orders, and dispatch details. Cross-check entries with physical stock, production notes, and job cards for accuracy. Assist in reconciling discrepancies in data between different departments (production, QC, and accounts). Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive production and inventory data. Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management when required. Minimum HSC in any field . 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator; experience in the Jewellery industry preferred. Basic knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing workflow (casting, setting, polishing, QC) will be an added advantage.
