🚀 Technical Lead – Full-Stack Development (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL) 📍 Location: Remote ⏳ Duration: Full Time. 💼 Compensation: INR. 4,80,000.00 - 7,20,000.00/yr. We are currently seeking a Technical Lead with a strong full-stack background to mentor, guide, and oversee a development team working on the Find Me platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about scalable architecture, enjoy leading projects, and are looking to make a significant impact on a product that aims to transform the way digital identities are managed and shared. Role Overview & Key Responsibilities As a Technical Lead , you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the development of our web application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UI/UX designers, and junior developers—to ensure quality delivery and maintain technical standards. 🔧 Technical Oversight & Leadership Guide the architecture and full-stack development of the Find Me platform using Next.js , Node.js , and PostgreSQL . Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and support clean, maintainable codebases. Serve as a mentor to interns and junior developers, providing technical guidance and helping them grow. 💻 Frontend Engineering (Next.js) Oversee the development of a server-side rendered (SSR) Next.js application using the App Router. Manage authentication workflows using NextAuth.js and JWT . Ensure UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility using Tailwind CSS or styled-components. Coordinate middleware logic for access control and protected routes. 🔐 Backend Engineering (Node.js/NestJS) Lead development of secure, scalable REST or GraphQL APIs. Ensure robust implementation of authentication (login, registration, token handling). Direct development of features such as messaging, profiles, notifications, and real-time functionality. Drive backend optimization and ensure adherence to industry-grade security standards. ☁️ DevOps & Deployment (Azure + CI/CD) Oversee and support deployments across Azure App Services , Docker , and GitLab/GitHub CI/CD . Ensure smooth automation pipelines for frontend and backend services. Manage file handling (Azure Blob Storage or Cloudinary) and database integrations. 🗄️ Database Management & Optimization Architect and maintain scalable PostgreSQL databases using Prisma ORM or Sequelize . Optimize data queries, schema design, and implement caching strategies (Redis preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage code quality, architectural decisions, and mentor junior talent. 💡 Preferred: Experience with Redis, GraphQL, Docker, and Azure DevOps tools. Background in scalable systems design and microservices.
