                                You will be responsible for owning and overseeing the Data & Analytics pillar of the FinCrime Platform at EY as a FinCrime Data Owner. Your participation in the FinCrime Steering Committee (SteerCo) is crucial for ensuring the effective use of data analytics to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. It will be your responsibility to manage data governance, quality, and reporting to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and utilized effectively across the organization.  - Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the FinCrime Platform goals and objectives. - Identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to enhance business performance and decision-making.  - Oversee data management processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability. - Implement best practices for data storage, retrieval, and usage across the organization.  - Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.  - Monitor and assess data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high data quality standards. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of data sources and processes.  - Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to provide insights into data usage and performance. - Collaborate with analytics teams to create dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.  - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide support in data-related initiatives. - Serve as a point of contact for data-related inquiries and issues.  - Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Provide guidance and support in the development of team members" skills and career growth.  - Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. - Proven experience in data management, governance, and analytics. - Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.  Required Skills: - Proven experience in Databricks, including DataLake, Jobs, Workflows, and Catalog. - Proficiency in Data Factory pipelines and ETL processes. - Knowledge of medallion architecture and data processing methodologies. - Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).  Nice to Have: - Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) concepts. - Experience with big data technologies and frameworks.,
