As a Senior Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and decision-making through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Your expertise in interpreting financial data and influencing strategy will directly impact the business. Your key responsibilities will include preparing, updating, and maintaining 18-month rolling forecasts for contracts and regions, collaborating with senior management on operating budgets and financial analyses, performing monthly analysis on functional spend and forecast variances, supporting strategic planning and annual budgeting, and consolidating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your ability to communicate financial insights clearly to finance teams and business leaders will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong skills in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel for complex formulas, reporting, and data modeling, as well as hands-on experience with financial/statistical software and SQL databases, is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to visualize and present financial data using reports, charts, and dashboards. Additionally, experience with Power BI for financial visualization and reporting, as well as professional certifications like CFA or CPA, would be advantageous. This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, operating in the US Shift from 3 PM to 3 AM IST.
