As a Senior Business Analyst - Revenue Systems Ops at our organization, you will be a part of the Insights and Enablement team, a global team dedicated to ensuring that Services can make data-driven decisions efficiently. Your role will involve supporting strategic and tactical platform projects aimed at enhancing usability and increasing business efficiencies for Revenue operational systems managed by the I&E System Operations team. This will include executing adoption campaigns, implementing data improvement efforts, reporting, testing updates, and assisting with training initiatives. The systems you will be working on include Order Management, Sales (Salesforce.com), FinancialForce/PSA, and other new platforms related to global operations. Your responsibilities will revolve around driving the global roadmap and improvement efforts for the Billing/Revenue operational systems across Mastercard Services organizations, with a focus on subscriptions, bulletins, and other bulk product deliveries. You will collaborate with diverse teams and business lines to bring innovative systems to life and ensure the best governance and processes are in place. Acting as a bridge between business and tech stakeholders, you will collect business needs, write technical stories, and collaborate with technology teams to test, validate, and implement solutions. You will also provide system engineering for products you manage, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing training and adoption support for Salesforce.com systems" user base, as well as offering technical and process support for inquiries related to Revenue Business Operations platforms. Your role will also involve operational support for product line campaigns including Revenue, Subscriptions, Platforms, Bulletins, and other bulk product deliveries. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve issues, concerns, and general requests, and conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits. To be successful in this role, you should possess a BS/BA degree or a combination of experience and formal education. Relevant experience in requirement gathering, user story definition, liaising with tech, functional testing, user testing support, and business inquiries is required. You should demonstrate the ability to contribute to projects/inquiries related to CRM, ERP, or other RevenueOps operational systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, with Visio skills considered a plus. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are important, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities. The role requires a detailed-driven and results-oriented approach, the ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality. Preferred qualifications include experience in implementing or managing CRM/ERP solutions, with Salesforce.com knowledge being advantageous. Business acumen in revenue-related operations such as subscription and bulk delivery order management, revenue recognition, or billing is also a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding corporate security responsibilities by abiding by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, reporting any suspected information security violation or breach, and completing all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with guidelines.,
