As a Financial Analyst in Program Management, your responsibilities include providing financial oversight, analysis, and reporting for large-scale programs. You will specialize in Revenue and Resource Cost (RRC) Analysis, Annual Recurring Cost (ARC) Analysis, contract financial management, and invoice processing. Collaboration with program managers, procurement, and finance teams is essential to ensure financial compliance, cost optimization, and budgetary control for complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Revenue and Resource Cost (RRC) and Annual Recurring Cost (ARC) analysis to ensure financial transparency. - Supporting budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for program financials. - Tracking capital and operational expenses and aligning them with program budgets. - Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making. Your role also involves contract and invoice management, program financial governance and risk management, stakeholder collaboration and reporting, as well as process improvement and automation. Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, program finance, or FP&A, expertise in RRC and ARC analysis, proficiency in financial modeling, ERP financial systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA, experience in IT program financials, knowledge of financial compliance regulations, and exposure to Agile financial planning in program management.,

As a Financial Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our team by monitoring financial data, preparing accurate statements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Join us in maintaining financial transparency and driving our organization's growth. Your responsibilities will include gathering and monitoring financial data such as sales revenues and liabilities, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements), forecasting costs and revenues, organizing internal audits, preparing budgets for the entire company, monitoring and reporting on accounting discrepancies, conducting detailed risk analyses for potential investments, analyzing financial trends, performing month-end and year-end close processes, and preparing monthly invoices. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role, advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, an in-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures, solid knowledge of accounting regulations, excellent tally and accounting skills with attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality. A Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is required, and additional certification such as CPA is a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and a total of 4 years of work experience.
