Role Overview: As a Financial Systems & SAP professional at TekWissen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of changes, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization, and go-live hypercare. Your responsibilities will include full ownership for the quality of changes, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization, and go-live hypercare. You will need to apply analytical thinking to provide scalable and innovative solutions, make fast decisions in a dynamic environment with some level of uncertainty, contribute to identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and development methodologies, and provide training to key users along with key user support. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing issues and changes, as well as providing day-to-day support and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Full ownership for the quality of changes, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization, and go-live hypercare - Apply analytical thinking to provide scalable and innovative solutions - Make fast decisions in a dynamic environment with some level of uncertainty - Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and development methodologies - Provide training to key users and key user support - Analyze issues and changes - Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of core SAP Treasury hands-on experience with excellent skills in handling SAP Treasury configuration and business process mapping in both ECC and S4 HANA environments - Strong knowledge and experience in the Hedging process and Raw exposure creation - Proficiency in Treasury processes such as Cash Management, Cash flow Forecasting, Bank Account management, Intercompany Loans, FX Trades, Bank Statement - Knowledge of In House Cash and familiarity with Bank Communication Management - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment - Deep understanding of translating business requirements into technical design and solutions - Experience with preparing functional specification, technical specification, and conducting testing including UAT - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Organized, flexible, proactive, and result-oriented - Nice to have: ABAP code debugging capability, experience with the integration of digital platforms/legacy applications with SAP,
